NoBroker.com opens experience centre in Hyd

Hyderabad: NoBroker.com, the proptech unicorn, said it has opened a 3,500-sft experience centre at Gachibowli in Hyderabad. To mark its entry into home decor space, the company has entered Hyderabad's interior design market with this experience centre which offers design or space redesign options.

The Gachibowli experience centre has designs of kitchen, wardrobe, and other modular products. The centre also has a team of design experts. NoBroker said, with this hands-on approach, it aims to make discovery and purchase experience better for visitors, besides providing advantage in terms of price, project timelines, and product quality.

"Hyderabad is among the top three cities in the country in terms of spending on home interiors. Therefore, strategically it is important for NoBroker to improve our foothold in the city. We have already opened our first interior store in Bangalore and are planning to open three more by the end of 2023," said Amit Kumar Agarwal, CEO and Co-founder of NoBroker.

Agarwal further said that their interiors vertical has shown 10 times growth in last nine months since the launch of Bangalore experience centre. "We are confident that the Gachibowli experience centre will further accelerate this growth. As the capital city of Telangana and home to one of the fastest growing tech hubs in the world, Hyderabad presents a unique opportunity to proptech companies," he added.

To develop an end-to-end ecosystem catering to all the property-related needs, NoBroker has launched the Gachibowli experience centre, opposite to Le Meridian Hotel, the first in Hyderabad and the second such facility after the HRBR centre in Bengaluru.
